• Delivery is free based on location and order size

.• Delivery times will be confirmed once the order is placed.

• Customers must ensure that the correct delivery address and contact details are provided

.• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control.For large catering orders, delivery times will be scheduled and agreed upon in advance.

Collection OptionCustomers may choose to collect their orders at the agreed location and time.

Returns & Refunds PolicyDue to the nature of bakery, catering, and beauty products:•

Food items cannot be returned once delivered or collected.

• Beauty products may only be returned if defective and reported within 24 hours of purchase.

• Refunds are processed only after review and approval by management.

• Custom-made cakes and catering orders are non-refundable once preparation has started.
